I have these shirts that are made of viscose,nylon,spandex, and acrylic. it says they should be hand washed then line or flat dried. since its summer when i do that the humidity makes the clothes have this weird smell. can i put them in the dryer without the material getting ruined or "lint-y"? if not is there another way i can dry them without getting the weird smell?

Most of the time they are meant to be "line dried" because they may shrink or the heat would damage the material. What I do is line dry them. Before I put them away, I put them in the dryer on low heat for a few minutes with a dryer sheet inside.

You can try drying them first on the line and then when they are still damp turning the shirts inside out and putting a static sheet deoderized in your dryer on low heat, will take care of the smell and keep the material soft.

you can dry them in the dryer but they will shrink,that's why you should line dry,if any thing get lint balls just shave it with a razor,try hanging your things on a hanger, in front of a fan,that will dry it faster
