How is it an "illegal affair" if it's after the marriage is over.

Or are you asking is there anything wrong with having an affair with someone other than your spouse while you're married? Well obviously there is if your spouse doesn't approve! And if she doesn't approve then you probably won't be married much longer so the only thing to worry about is if you feel guilty or not. And I should say I would if I were you.

And please, learn english. There are too many people on here that don't make sense.

You have answered your own question. If the affair was "illegal"
then it was TOTALLY WRONG. A married person should not be sleeping with or sharing secrets with anyone other than his or her spouse. That is called adultery or cheating.

what do you mean? illegal affair? you mean you're not yet divorced? If that's the case, you might be in trouble. That would be the grounds for bigamy. So make sure everyhting is set before having another affair or marriage.

Illegal ? As in against the law? Why what do you mean? If you must cheat then end the marriage because what you have is no real marriage anyway

Legally, it is wrong. Apart from that, it all depend on your sense of value...if your spouse is doing it, how would you feel?
By posting this question here, you do know that you'd be guilty.
