There is only one spectrum.
You always see Roygbiv part because that is all the human eye can handle. But just past the purple part is an ultraviolet light band, and just past the red part is an infrared band. They are there, you just don't see those parts with your eyes. The magnetosphere and the atmosphere blocks out most of the xrays and other nasty stuff, but otherwise, they would have bands too.

Rainbow are made by Refraction of light from water dots!! so it doesn't change anytime! it is the same effect when you pass one white laser bimb from a prisom!
