Farming can get boring, I know that feeling...
One way is to buy credits through ebay, but that might kill your fun in certain way.
Otherwise you got to ask yourself, what is the point of playing guildwars... is the fun you seek coming from playing with people you know, or you are just a lonely player who just want to be the richest dude in the game?
There are still some fun in farming if you can lead a team, especially guiding noobs... eg. Queen farming in the desert (forgotten which outpost it is), underworld farming ( alot of teamwork required, takes like 3-4hrs average).
For single person farming, monk solo in gates of kryta gives you bones, cloth and weapon upgrades, not really alot of money but gives you the kick of quick farming in less than 3min. Dont really have to be 55hp monk, just that holy damage is double for undead creatures, monks can kill faster here.
Otherwise, go PvP, no need for money anyway.

I haven't played guild wars, but maybe you can get a profession, that makes helpful things for low lvls, like armor, potions, ect? then you could sell them cheaply?
It's frustrating, I know...I play WoW, and that's all people ever tell me to do. I guess you could always beg...
