I weigh under 100 lbs when not PG and usually didn't have much, if any, weight gain before about 20 weeks. Keep in mind that in the first trimester a lot of women actually LOSE weight due to nausea.
Get some protein shakes or Carnation Instant Breakfast, etc. and have those as snacks. I used to put the instant breakfast and some ice cream in the blender and make high calorie shakes with it.
Try keeping a food diary and see exactly what/how much you are eating. Make sure that you are getting a variety of foods.
What does your caregiver say about your lack of weight gain so far? Is your fundal height increasing with each visit on track?

Eat healthy!! Eat lots of small snacks through the day, not just a few big meals. Other than this, you don't want to eat to gain weight, you want to eat to keep yourself and the baby healthy.
The baby will take what it needs from you. At some point, you will gain weight, and you really don't have much control over it. Most of your weight gain should be towards the end of your pregnancy anyhow. Just relax and take it easy...

Everyone is different when it comes to pregnancy. I gained three pounds by the end of my nine months. It was the craziest thing you could see I would put the weight on then all the sudden it was gone. In the end my baby was perfect I don't think you should worry too much about it. If you r truley frustrated then try high calories in things such as bread, rice, anything heavy.

Don't do too much exercise. And don't eat a lot of bad food, cos it wouldn't be good for either of you. Try eating continuously during the day. Oh and drink milk - full cream, it's good for the bones and it gives you a bit of extra padding (it does for me anyway).

Small frequent meals 6-8 a day
Dont binge on fast food it will just increase your cholesterol and your blood sugar level and this is not desirable for your baby
Eat quality food and all food groups
If your baby is growing and normal size dont worry tooo much

Eat fast food... Seriously... eat every fry and don't drink diet soda. You'll gain weight like you wouldn't believe. And remember, SUPER SIZE ME!!! Don't do it more then once a day though, you don't want to lose your grip on your health. Just use common sense.

Try eating lots of ice cream, and snack all day, and eat just before bedtime, too. Are you eating fatty foods? (like cheeseburgers?)
cut out the exercise, also. .
