ur mistaken. Microprocessors cannot understand the binary digits 0 and 1. 1 means a voltage is passed through the circuit and o means no voltage. the circuit is made up of logic gates eg:AND,OR,NOT etc. and these gates takes input as voltages and emit the voltage according to their functionality. According to our desire or want we design the circuit using these gates.

Because they are built that way. For a microprocessor to 'understand' something a circuit must either recieve an electric current or not recieve it. The fact of the current being there or not being there is represented by us as binary digits.

Because processors are based on transistors that have a bistable state, either on or off, therefore data is treated in a binary manner. When the transistor is on the number is 1, and when the transistor is off the number is 0. hope you understand it now, good luck!

Processors don't actually understand they process data in binary form, 0 or 1, or more precisely, ON or OFF. Search "Logic Gates" at wikipidia.

because, binary is easy to make.
if you can make a memory cell to memorize and to process 10 digit, you will be rich.

They don't. They understand "on" and "off", and we use 0 and 1 as useful representations. You should be asking "why are humans so useless that they can't understand on and off?".
