If you are asking what you should eat/drink after your workouts, that depends on your personal preferences and the level of your work outs.

Assuming a normal work out, you should stay hydrated during your workout, with plain water or a sport drink, like gatoraide. After your work out, you should absolutely have a sport drink or similar supplement to restore some of the nutrients you used during your work out. You have a little more flexibility on what you can have after your work out, since you are not as likely to cramp as if you did so before or during your work out.

As far as eating a meal, you should be able to eat a normal meal quite soon after your work out. What you eat is entirely up to you. You know which foods best work with the diet and exercise program you are following. I find that I can eat any meal that I normally would within half an hour of my time at the gym or on the bike.
