Wow - pick up your confidence !! Your question is by far the most articulate and well written I have seen today - you sound like a great asset to any company. Think positive and good things will happen - GOOD LUCK (if I had a company I would hire you!)

Hi mimi,

I have hired many people over the years, and in my opinion, a person that had a long tenure with one company is indicative of stability, loyalty and at the very least, it shows intestinal fortitude. "It could not have been perfect place to work every day for those twelve years, right?"

Hold your head up Mimi, because if I were to go through my resume stack, yours would definitely jump out at me.

Good Luck,
~Trey

PS. Congratulations on your BA.

Rolling stones gather no moss. You should remain in hotel industry and find out more opportunities in this sector only. 12 years experience in a field is a positively strong point in career.
