Costume sugguestions for one who loves costuming..?

1) recommendation for a costume for an annual costume ball. This costume needs be more on the elaborate side.

2) Recommendation for annual let it all go Halloween party.

Hmm . . . I'm not TOO much on the creative side, but I'd suggest watching Project Runway. They make some crazy stuff. That'd give you some ideas, I'm sure.

I'd suggest you browse through anytimecostumes.com for ideas. They've got a lot of fancy costumes.
