Has anyone been there and sat in the 500s? I'd love to hear from u!
I'm going to the Yankees @ Angels game in August but it's so hard to find tickets other than in the Pavillion, a gazillion miles away, or way high up in the 400 or 500 sections!
If anyone has an opinion about those sections, please let me know.
10 points for best answer! Thanx everyone!

As an angel fan, yes. I go there about 10 times a season, and its pretty far up. However, you can get cheap tickets for the section highest above home plate. Even though it is high up, the view is absolutely better than any where for the same value. Take my word on it.

Go to this map:

sections 415-423 are really good. However, you might want to book on the phone, because the online ticketmaster service is very slow, and sometimes better seats are still availible, but it tells you to sit in another place.

Whatever you do, DO NOT sit in the 500s or 241-260. Expensive, and a very bad view. And I doubt your chances of getting a home run ball are good, since the Angels are not a very good home run hitting team.

P.S. If you want to cheat, if you notice a better seat empty for about 4-5 innings, I would go move and sit there. If anyone questions you, just kindly tell them I came here late, and I think this is my seat.

Like I tell absolutely everyone that asks about good seats in any park...I say they're all good see you later as you bypass with good acquaintances and kin and delight in the gasoline of any fan (Beer). the perfect ingredient to workout habitual is your funds for the tickets and what number you pick...protecting all of us interior an similar row or stacked is the biggest ingredient. the only probability you've of having baseline seats is from a scalper (very exp.) the day of the game. those seats always promote out first, because they get the most balls hit to them.

If you don't want to be in the sun during day games, the 500s are there for you. I sat at section 532 just recently two weekends ago, watched the Freeway Series finale.
