It's very informative. However I do suggest the following to become more appealing.
1. Suroy 'ta sa Cebu is a good title but it's better to change it in English if we want to attract foreign tourist. How about Enchanting Cebu.
2. The home page is boring you should add more pictures (beach and resort pictures are excellent). Because this is the first thing that people saw when they open the site you should put more interesting picture in order for them to explore more.
3. Tourist destinations should have excellent pictures in each of them same is true with the restaurants, shopping malls, hotels.
