It is false. Masturbation is a normal male activity that begins around 11 years of age and may continue until they die of old age. Masturbation is good for the prostate and will lessen your chance of having prostate cancer later in life. It is good for the male reproductive system, It relaxes a person, It releaves sexual tension, It helps a young man to control their sex urges. It helps to control those erections that occur all day long. It really feels good. It is the safest sex available. You will not get any STDs and you will not get any girl pregnant. It is not a sin. If you are christian you might like to know that masturbation is not mentioned in the bible in either the old or new testament.

I think is false, is not nice to hold your emotions, besides if we have sexual desires is because we have hormones that rule us to have sexuality.
Usually religion and some fanatics impose stupid ideas but have you ever listen the pedophile case in the catholic church? they are the first that say that masturbation is bad.
and some other people try to make feel guilty to the ones who enjoy masturbation but what can you do if you are human?
I guess if we were robots is other thing but the reality is that we aren't so if you practice the masturbation keep going is better than have unsafe sex.

Masturbation isn't undesirable, yet you do pick to be careful about doing it authentic. do not do some thing unnatural. you should objective to do issues that simulate vaginal penetration. meaning do not hump a pillow, as an celebration. do not do issues that damage, like squeezing the penis or pumping up and down on the shaft. you pick to gently flow the foreskin. you do not pick to do anymore. also, masturbation isn't precisely like sex. sex calls for distinctive different skills, like transferring the body.

If you don't have any existing health problems (like heart disease), there shouldn't be any added health problems.

In fact, there seems to be many myths about masturbation. Instead of using alot of space and cutting a pasting the information here, I will refer you to a source instead.

Please take time to read and research instead of relying on rumors and myths.

Have a healthy Life!

it's false, it actually can release good harmones into your body to make you look and feel better. The only problem is if it becomes an addictive habit and it becomes detrimental or interferes with your life.
