Be original, and put plenty of thought into what would make her feel most special. If she's shy, you might not want to do it too publicly, or if she's outgoing, shout it from a rooftop or something...The main thing is, just let her know how special she is, and she probably wouldn't care if it were done in a MacDonald's parking lot.

Take her to the beach and write it in the sand. Take a red X with you and bury the ring under it when she says yes have her dig for the ring. Don't bury it too deep just below the surface.I think this would be cute.

First make sure you're both of age....and when you propose, do something sweet & unexpected. Not the same old get down on one knee thing. I've seen some movies where men have gotten creative. Think really hard & you can think of something sweet, something she'll never forget.

Well, usually one says "Will you marry me?" but any variation of that will work. No garentee she will say yes though.
