Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

Medical researchers say there is no evidence to indicate that cracking knuckles causes arthritis. Cracking the knuckles forces the joint fluid from one part of the joint to another, and the popping sound results from the high-pressured rushing of fluid. The joint fluid cushions the joints, and doctors say arthritis occurs as a result of the loss of joint fluid.

Not proven.
It's not even agreed as to why knuckles crack, or any other joints for that matter. Some say it's the release of some bubbles in the synovial fluid, some say it's the fluid shifting, others say it's the ligaments stretching.
What's for sure is that it's annoying to some.

You can get arthritis from " cracking your knuckles"
although you are not actually doing anything with your knuckles.
You are actually popping ligaments and tendons that are in between the bones.

This is a myth. The popping is not the sound of bones hitting each other. It is the sound of air bubbles popping in the synovial fluid which exists between your joints. Arthritis is caused by age, repeated stress on the joints (like heavy lifting), or obeisity (which also stresses the joints).

My husband does this all the time (ugh!)
We actually asked the doctor who was operating on the bones in my foot. He said that it does not cause arthritis but still causes some stress on the joints and isn't highly recommended in the medical community.

cracking your knuckles releases nitrogen from the joints, it has never been proven that this can give you arthritis.
