I know I can't be the ony one in this situation. My husband and I married 3 yrs ago, we are both in our early 50's. My previous marriage was for 18 yrs, and I remained singel for 9 yrs. I spent more time alone than my current husband ever has. His last wife was nearly 19 yrs younger than me, and I am very intimidated by this. My ex husband was a pedophile .....need I say more. So now I have married this very nice gentleman, but he has no desire for intimacy, at least with me. This makes me feel very ugly and unattractive. For some reason I am just sure it's because his ex was so young, and now he is with someone his own age, and ...well...he must not see me as exciting. He's got viagra, and he's been tested for his testosterone...it's normal...so it's got to be me , right? I have never had a "normal" intimate relationship, and I wanted that so badly with this last "big" decision in my life. But it's like he's lost all interest.

somehow I feel you should have really thought about this before you jumped the broom again??? you say he was a pedophile, why did you marry him???? all you can do is try to inprove upon yourself(lose weight, change hair style, change clothes etc) other than that perhaps he married you for other qualities ie...MONEY PROPERTY STATUS!!! NOT SEX, YOU MARRIED FOR THE WRONG REASONS AGAIN! INTIMATECY you could have gotten that w/o marriage

Well how was your sex life with him 3 yrs ago? Was it the same way it is now? Being in your fifties is still a sexy age and I'm sure you still look good. It might just be something that's wrong with him. Or maybe his previous marriage just worked it all out if him. I've heard of that before, honestly. Maybe you should just sit down and talk to him and see what the problem is and just work it out between eachother. Good Luck

dont feel sorry or feel at fault with yourself. he married you didnt he? during your courtship intimate moments were going fine?

talk to him and find out the reasons. he's got viagra, is it helping him or it could be the problem?

pick yourself up and be brave. never assume and blame yourself. talk to him about the problems and am sure there's a simple reason and solution to it.
