I can tell she is a good friend to know of. Whenever i sms her, she seldom reply (4 sms of mine and 1 sms reply from her). Does she find me hateful?

Why not just try shop talk. Bring her into any projects which you think she should or can contribute. Try to make conversation which is not on a personal level until the two of you have a more comfortable, natural level of interaction. By that time, you should have a better handle on how well your friendship might work out. If you are indeed looking for more than friendship out of this interaction, you should also be able to determine if she might be interested in such as well.

Maybe you are interested in her but you must know if she's "shy & speechless" too like you or you are like a prest to her. Im sorie to say that. Try to start as a casual friends to make each other confortable rather than speechless and look up into the sky when you directly ask her for a date. It's through this process you can know each other better and from certain stage only you can define if you should go on a relationship with her or not - Rather than go on a courtship and end up hating each other bad points as times goes by......

i ought to extremely date a guy with woman friends. If their flirting, then thats yet another element. yet you cant give up them from having woman friends, to me that isnt straightforward. If their flirting then discuss it or something. If no longer then leave that's. desire i helped!

just relax and dont do anything implusive. dont panic or rush.
stay respectful and just approach her normally. if she likes you, you'll know. if not just back off.
better to remain friends than enemy.

Sounds like she might be shy...Just ask her and I am sure it will be alright....If not there will be someone else...............But I have faith in you and that you will go after what you want
