Loneliness is not something one can equate with being alone. One can be a loner yet find beauty and happiness from within. Being alone does not necessarily mean one is lonely already because, if we cannot even be happy just being ourselves, how much more can we be when we are already in a group of people. Happiness is always a choice, hence, if we only choose to be happy, we can be happy at whatever instance of our lives. :)

It's the way the person feels even if he is surrounded by people he feels that he has to conquer the world on his own.He alone must put up with the consequences of his actions and move on with life as if there is no care in his world at all but the future and what it holds for him be it good or be it bad.Just an opinion of why i would be a "loner".SMILE there is always tomorrow or so they say.

being a "loner" really means that they do not want any company at all. so, they're really not lonely. they want to alone and they feel much comfortable that way than being surrounded by (a lot) people.

The whole point of a loner is he wants to be alone, not lonely.
Lonely: you crave company. A loner doe no such thing.

I have a feeling that it could be true. I sometime have felt lonely but still I "so far" didn't want to give up being by myself.
