No, not all women have orgasms. Some women can't even experience them on their own!
Approximately 26% of women report that they've never had an orgasm.
One reason could be that many women require more warming up than many men need. Sex could also be very stressful for the woman for whatever reason (not feeling accepted, feeling otherwise uncomfortable) and just that uneasy feeling can inhibit a woman's ability to orgasm.
Most women can be helped reaching orgasm, or even having a stronger orgasm, by practicing Kegel exercises. Men who practice Kegel exercises can also benefit.

It depends greatly on the skill of the man & the passion while doing it.Unless the lady has a slow reactstion then you need more time to have the orgasams.Even a prositutes do get orgasams when she is doing it with her boy friend.That is what I get to find out from my she friend.

The answer is no. Not all women get orgasms. In fact the percentage is pretty high. And seems like emotional and psychological causes ranks up there.

Unfortunately there are health conditions that interfere with both women and men from having an orgasm....sorry!

not all women can climax from sex (whether "regular" sex or oral). doesn't matter how much a man tries to please her either, the orgasm just won't happen.
