With all the answers throw in, it does not help... Telling a police or Boss cant help! I am from Singapore and I really hate my China colleague. He use to harass me asking me to go out, now he stopd asking me to go out cause I gave him a cold shoulder. Pls read my question earlier. Now he dun sms me. But he always look at me sheeplishly and grin. Or keeps looking at me and it makes me feels so sick! I am so sick and petrified of him. Telling my Boss will not do, cause I started work 2 mths ago! And my Boss seems to like him very much! And his bad breath stinks! When he walks into my office to talk to me, his bad breadth will lingers in my room longer than he is in here! Pls !!!Pls!! Some one pls teach me what to do!

If you don't tell your boss and file a complaint, then you just have to keep ignoring him. If the boss doesn't stop him, then you should hire a lawyer.
But, if you are working in an environment where you feel you can't tell your boss about the harassment, then you should think about finding another job. There are only 2 good options here.

After reading your ealier question, it seems that this problem is diffcult to solve. Personally, I think will leave the company even I really liked the job but what can be worst when you have such a colleague.
I think by making a police report, it actually help you to a certain extend even though it may not solved the problems totally. The fellow is taking this advantage as he know the boss like him very much and you can't do much in the office.

You do not have to put up with harassment in the workplace. It is illegal. Report it to you supervisor or your boss, giving dates and times. If nothing is done immediately, contact the Equal Employment Opportunity office (these are available at the local, state, and national level...it does not matter which one you contact) and file a complaint.

sorry to hear you've problems with these sick people.
just ignore him and its you who feels such is troubled by it.
there were answers and not helpful? you've to adapt and decide what to do. ignoring him is the best way and he'll give up. he's just playing physlogy game with you.
dont respond to him or appear scared, it'll only encourage him and give him more reasons for haressing you.you gotta be brave and pretend nothing has happened.
or else what would you do? give in to him? resign?
he's not worth it.
just be yourself and ignore him or get some female colleague's help.
alternatively, you could be fierce and retaliate...can you?

Seriously>>> buy a bottle of Listerine mouthwash & the next time he comes into your office, show it to him & ask him to please be understanding... & that you would appreciate it if he would use it.
Ask him to be understanding about your wishes of him not touching you... tell him that you love your boyfriend... & that your boyfriend gets very angry if other men touch you.
If you have to do this, just do it>>> tell him that your boyfriend broke a man's arm one time because the man kept touching you.
Hopefully, it will scare him & he will stop harrassing you.

Ok first slip a few breath mints in his drink. Another clue find out what kind of car he drives and make sure he doesnt follow you home. GET A GUN. blow his small asian nuts off

get hidden camera or tape recorder if he is harassing you that bad then send to some one higher than he is you get the spy cameras and recorders from spy shop's if you have any around I feel so bad for you , that you have to smell that awful smell.
