Where can i find informaion on governer chips?

i know in my grand am there is no such thing as a chip. its all in the pcm, and i think this is the same in most cars. find a new pcm at dhp ( digital horsepower) they make pcm's for GM.

I would try Lays or Ruffles. Frito Lay I think.
