Established firm with nearly 400 attorneys is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to assist bankruptcy attorneys in filing court papers, closing research, preparing fee applications and general case management. This individual will also support attorneys at hearings and depositions, as well as: (3105)
Prepare fee applications, fee statements, operating statements, proofs of claims, subpoenas, affidavits/certificates of service, and other standard documents relevant to bankruptcy matters
Prepare letters to courts, interested/relevant parties (subject to discretion of responsible attorney)
