Nope. All of the trackers are fakes.
If there was a real tracker, Tom would've implemented it onto the home page long ago.

Well first of all, trackers are said to be against the terms of service and can get your page deleted. And like the other person said, most of them don't work anyway. Some of them KIND of work, but they usually won't show the user name of the person who visited your page, unless that person also happens to have an account at the site. (The link Kim posted is an example of such)
CreateBlog.com does have a new tracker for MySpace which is probably your best bet. It will not show user names, but it does show where the person is from, how many times they visited, etc. The person who created it says he saw nothing in the MySpace terms of service that would make this tracker against the rules, since it doesn't show user names, but I don't know. You can still try it though.

No. Almost all (99%) trackers are either trojans, spyware, phishing schemes (password stealers).

One of my friends says that he has one and that he used it to track a stalker. I haven't asked him to send the link, though.
