Yes, it is the classic move to get back at the ex. Make his life miserable from a distance...why not? Stick that knife in his mom and twist it. Keep reminding him what a vindictive b**ch you are. what do you care if he sees his son as long as he pays the child support right?
Do you wear his balls for earrings still?

You mean he gets to take his son certain days in the week? Well the only way you could deny her is if you got a court order prohibiting her to have contact with your son, and you would have to have a VERY good reason for the Judge to even listen to your argument... so since I am sure you do not have that kind of a reason, the answer is ...no you cannot deny her access to your son.

Only if you can show a danger to the child. The domain is too close. In effect the danger would be transferable to you ex. If it's not in the childrens best intrest to be around her, then as long as he lives there the court will deny him as well. If the court finds a threat.

You can not deny her, no. There is such a thing now as "grandparent's rights". If you fight her now, you will be fighting her in court later when she files for the right to see her grandchild.
