An idea is one thing, but getting in the door is another. To be a game developer you need more than just a good concept, you need to understand the technical process and and how you can implement your idea in a way that works with the platform you are designing it for. If you already got that sorted out then the best place to hook up is at the E3. Good luck.

How about you take your interest to the next level and take a degree in Games Design. Then you're definitely going to see your ideas put into action.

If you don't have a job with a game making company they may not look at your ideas for legal reasons.

Work hard on your ideas, get a site going, cross your fingers
that it becomes popular.
If it becomes the talk of the town, the makers will find you!
