Compose email, hit the attach files button, browse for it, attach.
Done.
Nothing special about it being a WP file.

When you click on the Compose button in the window.
In, the New mail compose window there is a button called "attachment", then a window appears with the 5 text boxes and 5 buttons. click on any one button and browse your file and on top you can see the attach files button.
then in the window appeared click continue message.

Save the Document, and click attachments and click browse and click the folder the document's in and click the document and you should have it

save the document somewhere. then when writing your emial..it says attach files. click that and look for your document.
