As I healthy chap, I'm a religious taker of Vitamins each morning. I take combined Cod Liver oil and Multivitamins, alongside 3 40mg doses of Ginko Biloba to keep my body and mind healthy.

However, not so long ago somebody told me something along the lines of 'The tannins in Coffee cancel out any goodness in anything you eat or drink within an hour or so of it'.

Is this really true? Do I need to change my morning routine, and start remembering to take my vitamins at Dinnertime? I'll never remember!

SCREWEDUP1 is absolutely right. Why take vitamins and supplements "religiously", when you have a selection of wonderful natural foods containing al the vitamins that your body requires - all the gamut of fruits, vegetables, pulses, cereals, fish etc.? Are you an astronaut who has to spend months in a space station where no such foods are available? Drink coffee by all means, if you like it; only avoid excesses under any circumstances. You'll start feeling great after you've kicked your chemical routine, I assure you.

Well, while i do not know whether it will totally eliminate the goodness of vitamins pills, coffee, seems to weakens the body immune system for me. I notice too with too much caffeine, i tend to be nauseous after consecutive few days of drinking coffee. Well, but then again, eveybody's body has differing strength.

try cutting out the vitamins and eating a healthy diet. You get way more healthy benefits from eating healthy anyway. The only thing you are getting from your vitamins is expensive pee, and possible toxicity from fat-soluable vitamins.

have heard it can take away a little of vit C, but at the end of the day you will feel more healthy if you are happy, and if you enjoy coffee drink in moderation. if it was really bad for you the goverment would have taxed the ar*e out of it!
