As long as you get a supportive sports bra you will be fine - the good ones cost more money, but they keep your boobs in place so they aren't going all over the place. I'm a well endowed woman, and as long as I had a good sports bra it didn't matter if I was playing b-ball or hockey, it was all good!

i have big boobs n no i wouldnt do it cuz it makes u have mo 2 run n u may not b able 2 c u feet wen u lay down cuz dey get n da way n i get lotz attention from guyz 2 cuz of em n dey make me look olda den i am

girls with huge breasts playing basketball are fun to watch. on the downside their breast might fall off what with all those bouncing :)

Just make sure you get a really good, proper fitting sports bra and you'll be fine.
