Wow i'd get really dizzy! Can I spin both ways? Obviously not at the same time... but can I change when I feel like it? Coz otherwise i'd just get bored....

In the Northern Hemisphere, I'd spin clockwise.
In the Southern Hemisphere, I'd spin counterclockwise.

Water, going down a drain, does the same thing.

depends on your perspective. If you're the fan, facing toward the room, your view of which way it spins is opposite of someone standing facing the fan, they see it spinning in the other direction.
