I hear so much nowadays that if you have a "ghetto" name it will be harder for you to find a professional job and personally, I think that's CRAP!! My name isn't what one would call ghetto but it IS unique and I refuse to let my full potential be held back because of something that makes me special. Success is built on CHARACTER not whether or not your name is Keisha instead of Sarah or Jaquan instead or Tom. Point blank.

That depends on who's he wants to work for.
Some black males and females don't get hired
for jobs because of their names.
I saw this on TV.

The only problem with ethnic names is they are usually difficult to pronounce, and to spell, and to know the meaning of! does that answer your question?
