Depends on how tired I am

My mind is never in the same place so there is a variation from night to night. I try and keep a blank pattern so the underground games of dreaming can be free to make its own patterns, sometimes i do think of things or people, to see if these things will continue in my sleep, sometimes they do, Our psychic mental life has hidden the art and science of formation, but our dreams can be so state bounded that bringing something back is not as easy as one may think. If i have an idea for music i have to wake up and go to it, no matter what time it is ...... Sometimes i'll have the radio on, the station which talks about everything, from ufo's to conspiracy and that will take me to dreaming about that particular subject. The worst part comes in the mornings, when the voices in the dreams turn out to be Rush Limbaugh's voice, so i squeal
and jump out of bed, but most of the time i'am already awake so the horror of that is eliminated ...
I sometimes think of my dearest friend to see if any dream will comprise of a dream scape with someone i know ....
But, there is no one particular thing i think about before i sleep,
at least not yet .....

Well. I enjoy the case of having lucid dreams. I suppose you know what that is. So, every night when going to bed, I picture myself doing something outrageous, like flying or robbing a bank or anything else for that matter. That usually evolves into the lucid dream. If you want to enjoy those dreams as well, let me know and I will teach you how to go about doing that. Or are you interested in Astral Body Travelling...:)

I think about my children and wife if they are in good condition for the day, so that I could rest already. If not, I should still attend to their needs. After that, its time for me to sleep.
