You have two (x,y) points, where x is price and y is quantity: (3500,5100) and (3850,5250). Use the formula to find a straight line connecting two points:
y - y1 = (x - x1)*[(y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)].
I got the second point (3850,5250) by increasing the first point's x value by 10% and increasing the first point's y value by 150.
