If I do any vigorous excercize the day before I get on my period, then that night I will wake up with unbearable back pain. I will literally have to run to the bathroom, turn on hot water, and sit in the water until the pain is at leas bearable. Otherwise I KNOW I will die. That is how bad the pain is. And the whole time I will be screaming my head off and saying I am going to die because the pain is so bad. I have no idea why this happens. Sometimes I do not even do excercize, and it still happens. I also have problems with my heart, which can occur anywhere at any time. I will just be walking or standing or sitting somewhere, and out of nowhere my heart will start beating rapidly for no apparent reason. Lying down is literally the only thing that prevents me from having a heart attack. I am so serious. I know I will have a heart attack because I can literally feel it, and I get dizzy and practically faint. Does any of this ever happen to anyone else?

Your problems sound bad....
... It is not normal to have unbearable pain before you start your period...you may want to see a GYN doc about it as there could be numerous things causing the pain.... fibroid for one, endometriosis is another.
... As far as your heart, it sounds like you could be having heart palpitation.... Which could be due to stress or anxiety, or could be something more serious like an irregular heart beat...
....I would suggest you seek a medical evaluation about that...

I have the same problem with the pain before the period or even more during the period, for one day I have to take rest. I always take some pain killers and that helps a bit, why dont you do the same.

dear these are cramps that you get during your periods, avoid all cold drinks and junk food one week before menses, don't take any spicy food, take more of milk , perferable hot milk , start one week before menses. And also start taking Aloe vera juice regularly, No lemon, no yogurts, no oranges or other sour food.
