Don't take it personally.
Sometimes the chosen "best answer" is not one that I would have picked.
Just keep answering as you have been. Who knows, while your answers may never be chosen as "best", someone else that is reading may be helped by your thoughts and opinions.

Do you really mean never? Try a category within your range of knowledge or supplu good resource information when answering the questions. There are so many opportunities to get "Best Answer' I have number of them. The best thing is to be sincere with your answers and not really concentrate on getting to top answer. Your future looks bright. It will happen for you when you least expect it.

I think the best answers are chosen because they have much thought put into how to answer them. One can't write the first thing that pops into his/her head. Think about how to word it, spell correctly and use correct grammar, pay attention to sentence strucuture. Research on one of the search engines if the question is one you'd like to learn about, and when you find a good site, put your cursor on the address line, right click and scroll down to copy and click on copy, click on the back button at left top of page to go back to the question page and put your cursor where you want the web address to begin, right click, scroll down and click on paste. The web address pops into the site your wanted it to. Or you copy and paste some of a website into the answer box. Not everybody knows how to quickly copy, paste, and jump right back to the question. It's really fast, you make an impression that you've really put out the effort to help someone, and it's also important not to sound judgmental to the questioner, but be kind, accepting no matter what is asked, and don't feel it's a personal question. Answser it as if you were a journalist working for money. How much effort would you put in it? I believe that anything done is worth doing well; that's not the current trend in people today, but it's one that definitely needs to come back. Our pride in what we produce should leave us knowing we did the best we could and tried to help the person.

It doesn't seem like you put any kind of sincere thought into your answers. You just seem to type the first thing that comes to mind, and it's not very helpful.

Try a sincere, conscientious answer for a change, if your goal is to get Best Answer.
