I agree with Stephanie , but just so you know you're not alone , i work with strippers on a nightly basis , i design costumes and make thongs to match , you'd be surprised at what guys will pay for a pair of used thongs , and the first thing they do is smell them . i have seen a man pay 100.00 a pair for used panties . Just keep it to a private level and make sure its adult panties your sniffing and you'll be alright , however if it goes beyond that you should seek therapy .

I can't tell you why you're like that. It's right up there with why some people might like having sex in cars or other public places or why some people like feet or why some guys like large or small breasts.
It's not really as odd as some people might have you think it is though.
There is a good chance that sometime in your past something could have triggered this. Worn panties would smell like the woman they were worn by though and the scent of a woman is very erotic to many many men. I could imagine this has something to do with it since you did mention them being worn.

I guess that's what does it for you. If you can keep those thoughts private and it doesn't affect your daily life then whatever. But if they start to make you act out in ways that hurts or scares others then go seek some help from a sex therapist.
