I need some help on my essay. I'm doing it on the controversial issues of the 1920's. My topic is politics and the question is "Did the 1920's represent an retreat from or a continuation of Progressivism?" and the subject I'm suppose to write on is Hoover's presidencies.

Herbert Hoover was a progressive. I recommend looking at wikipedia first, and then the other link.
