I know most everyone is going to say Ronaldo, and it's true, he does have good pace and great footwork, but I'm going to have to say that Cesc Fabregas is a better player. Cesc himself has extremely good footwork and skills, and maybe it's not always as fancy as Ronaldo's, but I think that Cesc absolutely has the edge when it comes to playmaking and controlling the midfield. While Ronaldo is crucial when it comes to getting a breakaway and running at the defense, Cesc is able to view the field and the other players and just the essence of the match before him in a much better way and thus, he is able to make better, smarter plays and passes which overall prove to be more effective than Ronaldo's pace. I also have one other reason to choose Cesc and that's simply cuz I'm really biased as a HUGE supporter of Spain, so I'm more likely to choose the Spaniard, but good question. They're both very talented players, and not to mention, both are pretty hot!

i think cesc fabregas is going to be a better player than cristiano ronaldo...well i know that ronaldo is very tricky and fast but its not the tricks and flicks alone that marks out a great player...its ok to call him a trickster but not a great footballer...if we take a look at fabregas who is only just 18 we can see that he is a player who s capable of providing cutting edge passes and also make great tackles which is the mark of a great midfielder....well i know he might lack a little bit of pace but he surely makes up for it with his talent...another striking feature of fabregas' game is his composure which is absolutely breathtaking considering his age...ronaldo lacks a bit of composure and ya his tricks do go wrong at times...so on the overall i feel fabregas will develop as a better player than ronaldo..also fabregas has arsene wenger as his mentor who is exceptional in developing young talent...

Ronaldo is over-rated. He can dance with the ball but he is difficult to play with and is a very selfish player. Fabergas is better all-round.

Cesc is greater powerful than any guy Utd midfielder. additionally, shifting into the 1st team of Spain is hardly ever an trouble-free part of do with the expertise they have in that midfield. certainly, yeah. i've got faith he's international type.
