u mean burn on a re-writeable...yeah its good as long as the original is a good file. but cd rw's sometimes dont play on certain players like some car cd players

Yes...the copy will be as good as the original (or as bad). It also works on DVD blanks. I have some that can only be played on a MP3 player; and others that can be played on a regular CD player...it depends on the formatting. I suspect that what you are asking about will be fine, and just like any other CD.
