Its sounds cliche but just be yourself. No girl wants to hear pick up lines that have been passed around like so much Thanksgiving turkey. Be sincere and be for real.

Depends on the age. If they're real young, you stay in the house while their parents are away doing something, and then when they get back, if you kept everything out of trouble, they pay you.
