you and your girlfriend broke up you done everything possible to make her happy & you wake up one day & she says she is leaving you & its not your fault & no matter how hard you try you cant get her off your mind and she has left the country you are in and you cant contact her because you dont have the information and the parents are not too found of you because of whatever your ex told them and also when she is sick id get medicine for her when it is her perents anniversary I cooked for them and help to buy a cake for them and done all you can to make her love you and she wont try to make it work like before what do I do please help.

You are grabbing for straws to show you were a good boyfriend, the fact of the matter is that has nothing to do with anything. She lost faith in you for some reason, maybe her parents were to blame, maybe she met someone else, who knows, and she is gone. There is absolutely not a thing that you can do except to come to the realization that you cannot MAKE someone want or love you. She didn't, now you must go out and find someone who will treat you the way you would like to be treated. Whatever you do do not smother her, somehow it seems you might have been doing this with the ex. Busy yourself with work, family & friends and remember to hold your head up high because you did your best, that is all anyone could ask of you.

Listen to some sad love songs, go through your period of mourning(don't make it too long), occupy yourself with things you like to do, and avoid her. If you keep trying to see her you will only prolong the agony. Don't talk with others about her either. Try to find someone new, or take a trip somewhere away from your home for a while if possible. Don't grovel, and whine, and act like a whipped dog. Some women like to see you in pain over them, so don't give them the satisfaction; At the same time they don't respect guys who grovel like puppy dogs. You can never go back to the way it was, so don't look back. Even though it feels like a chunk of your life was ripped out of you, time and distance help healing, not to mention a new love.

it takes time dude to get over someone you have let yourself love. your on the right road though, cos you have no contact with her what-so-ever. try and do things that make you happy and keep you mind occupied. dont dwell on how you two split. remember the good times and understand that was just a different time in your life, now its the next stage.

I would say you need to change your surroundings. Change your patterns, go to new stores, shops,different areas, If you stay away from the familiar you can make a clean break and start over, new. Let her go, stop asking about her,meet new people.If you can move to another area. All these changes will help you heal, try them and good luck.

she obviously doesnt love you anymore. she might still like you because you guys had so much and she doesnt want to lose you but its not the same. i think you should just keep her as friend because no matter how hard you try she is not going to change her mind, just try to be there for her. and find someone else and try to move on. its hard but its the best choice for you.

Trust me you can't move on once you love someone they stay there in your heart unless you find someone that you truly love more then them and the loves you back just as much the only thing that i can say is that she doesn't' love you anymore and there is nothing that you can do to change that. Just be glad your not with someone that doesn't love you.

move on.. those who make you cry are not worth remembering even once in life. life is long, and future is bright.. move on.. have a future, dont stick on to your past.
