I just today received in North Carolina, a letter mailed from Cali on July 3rd, so that took 10 days. It was a fairly large envelope, but it usually only takes 3 days. The 4th of July holiday seems to have screwed something up out there...

is it legible
did you move
the post office is being very careful on everything nowadays with whats going on in the world.
So it may take a month

Five days should just about cover it. Next time tell the sender to "Overnight" it, or if that isn't cost effective, try 3 day priority mail.
