About 6 years ago, I awoke to find my wife missing from bed. After searching for her for a while with no result, there was a knock at the door, and my wife appeared, bedraggled and dirty. I was astounded, and had no idea what happened. I inquired as to where she had been, and she said she had been abducted by aliens. I dismissed the whole affair as a prank, and haven't thought much of it.
However, about 2 years ago, some strange things began to happen to my wife. Every month, she began to bleed from her vagina. We were horrified, and didn't know what to do. Sometimes, around the time she bleeds, she gets maniacally moody. It's terrifying. In addition to that strange phenomenon, about 7 months ago, my wife's stomach began to swell. It was very strange. At first I thought she was just getting fat, but only her belly is growing. It's very very round, and she says that sometimes something kicks inside, but I fear she is making that up, and has gone crazy. I am at a loss to understand

Sounds like she was raped, is pregnant, and definitely needs to see a doctor--now. The bleeding every month is what EVERY woman goes thru, along with the maniacally mooiness due to the hormones going crazy at 'that time of the month', called the monthly period or menustration.
If you are married, then you would know about this thing that women go thru every month, so why would it bother you now? If she was raped, she is going to be even worse every month at that time and she definitely needs some counseling and you both need to wake up to reality.
