The vital organs or 'Guts' which include the 'Giblets'. The giblets are the heart, gizzard and liver as well as other internal organs. They are usually packaged with the bird. Many people like to eat them and consider them a delicacy! I am not a fan of the giblets. My grandmothers and my mother like to cut up the giblets and mix them into their stuffing which they stuff into the bird before cooking... If you have not tried the giblets before I think it is worth trying... You might like them!
