Go to a craft store and buy blank ones. Then make really cute ones yourself with markers, glitter, or whatever. You will save money and they'll be unique.

My favorites where made by my kids. Barnes & Noble sells nice ones, too. I bought some magnetic ones that are small and hold my pages nicely.
