The reason I ask is I was out in the park with friends tanning, I thought one of the girls was wearing a bikini top but she later told us she didn't have one available and was wearing her regular bra!

I often wear a sports bra (with no other top) when I play sport
I usually sunbake topless most of the time so wouldn't wear a bra then
Once wore a lace bra without a shirt at a party as a dare, and the girl who dared me then had to do the same. Unfortunately for her, most of the people at the party had seen me sunbake topless in the past so it was no big deal for me (she didn't know that) and even more unfortunately for her she had chosen a bra made of sheer fabric that night, so she was practically topless and very embarrassed. That's what she gets for trying to embarrass me.

wearing a bra and underwear in public is the same thing as wearing a bikini. its not inapproriate and very sexy. im lesbian. and do it all the time. jk jk
