Also how can I look up past shows and see what breeders rabbits have won in the past. I have searched and can't seem to find anything on the web and I know I am missing it.

RS means rabbit show. Only ARBA licensed judges can officiate in an ARBA sanctioned show. Each potential judge has to pass a written test and then apprentice under licensed judges for several shows to be eligible to apply for a license.

It means they are a specialty judge, meaning they are licensed for one (or more) breeds, but are not an all-breed judge. R is all-breed rabbit, C is cavy, RC is dual rabbit/cavy, RS is rabbit specialty.

The ARBA doesn't keep a database of local shows and breeders who have won. You can find ARBA Convention winners there, but that's about it. Most specialty clubs list these in their magazines. Try searching the state websites of states in your area. Links to district websites (if your district has one) are located in the "Links" section on the ARBA website.
