Is it ok on the action in itself: Yes
Would I recommend it? No
Why?
1) What if your co-worker and yourself have disagreements. He/She could make your workplace a nightmare
2) Some companies strongly shun on work office relationship and sexual behaviors (due to harassment matters and promotions)

Hello,
Thats where most people meet their lovers...
And it's done every second of every day...
It just depends on,if your prepared to deal with that person on a day to day basis...
As you are after all working at the same location...
It doesn't matter if it's different shifts or anything else along those lines...
You will have problems,I don't care what anyone says...
So just be ready for some drama if you do spend time in a co-workers company...
As you will get alot, maybe not at first...
Because it's exciting,erotic,sexy,sneaky,
fun,etc...
That will wear off sooner than you think...
Best of luck...

It's okay if you don't care about your job. If you like your job then you are stupid if you fool around at work.
