a Stone tablet I have been lokking for about 1 month?

there is a small place in HOI AN VIETNAM I want to go
13 vietnam-chinese was killed by janpese in 1945 in WW 2
In honor of them a Stone tablet was build up with "民族正气”were wortten on face and what janpese has done was also wortten at the back anybody know the eacatly place tell me please thanks

i think it may be in "no nuoc"[ marble mt] on the rd to da nang... but if you go to hoi an i'm sure if you ask you will be directed to it.. if such a place exists....
