What do american business consumers say about business to business customer service?

Why do you choose to buy from one company versus their competition? Are there specific problems you see in customer service today?

Customer service plays a partial role in determining my vendors. If a vendor has a reputation as having good customer relations, then I consider that as a plus; bad reputation for support gets counted as a negative.

Pricing and quality do have larger roles in my purchasing decisions, but all things being equal, I would choose the better customer-oriented vendor.
