Most Wiccan coven members are incredibly busy with Samhain rituals on Oct 31; it's an awful time to ask one to solemnize a marriage ceremony. That said, there are pagan clergy listings all over the web, including at http://www.witchvox.com

It helps if you know as much as possible about the kind of ceremony you want to have, and don't pressure the priest or priestess into doing a ceremony s/he doesn't agree with. It's better to find someone who wants to do the ritual you like than to have an unhappy clergyperson officiating.

Witchvox is the best place to start, as someone else said. But you don't need a priest if yo don't want to have one. You can perform the ceremony yourself. Doing that makes it no less real than if someone else does it for you. There are many different handfasting ceremonies and bonding spells out of the web. Read up and make your own, it will be more special that way.

Congrats!

if ever you do locate a wiccan priest/ess. Make sure he have a license to solemnize your vows, otherwise, what good is a covenant if the contract between the couple is null and void. The agreements are for your own protection as well as the coming offsprings. Congratulations and best wishes to you. Blessed be!!!!
