Depends on your CD writer and software.

Nero supports it. However, some writers are limited to what they can do with it. If you have an older writer, chances are it's not going to work. What's the reason why you're asking?

Overburning will at best give you only a few minutes more of music, and at the risk of losing that if the process doesn't work or the player doesn't support it.

There's nothing wrong with it really, but it just isn't all that worthwhile unless you're desperate.
